The idea for this wine came from the desire to live again precise moments of our past: the family collaboration when manually bottling up wine; the choice of the more favorable moment based on lunar cycles; and the waiting for the refermentation in bottle. This is how POLVERE DI LUNA was made: a white sparkling that is not filtered; it is naturally veiled by its yeasts; and has no added sulfites or sugars. It comes from a typical variety of the territory, Glera.

It is characterized by intense hints of citrus and Mediterranean spices that will accompany your tasting.
Its permanence on yeasts gives it longevity and enhance ever more its complexity. Its structure makes the wine pleasant to taste, presenting itself as a full, savory, and fresh wine.

HOW TO SERVE:

To give the wine a more intense flavor, rotate the bottle restoring the yeasts in suspension. To give the wine a more delicate flavor, decant the wine and serve slowly, leaving the yeasts at the bottle end.

PAIRINGS

This is a very fresh and versatile wine that is perfect to drink both during aperitifs and meals. We suggest the pairing with salami and cheese-based starters, fish, or white meat-based mains. To try with traditional cicchetti from Veneto!

Tip: if you want to decant the wine, use the remaining wine at the bottle end to spice up your food
